What is the difference between a CO2 exchange and a CO2 spare?

When your cylinder is empty, you can return the cylinder to a participating retail partner in exchange for a full cylinder, and only pay the price of the refill. Alternatively, you can purchase a spare cylinder so that you never run out of CO2. For every spare cylinder you purchase, you pay a licensing fee and for the CO2 .

How much CO2 is in one ReFlo cylinder?

Our 60L cylinders will make on average 60L of sparkling beverages. This will also depend on the sparkling water maker you are using and how carbonated you like your beverages.

What sparkling water maker brands can I use the ReFlo cylinder with?

ReFlo cylinders are compatible with various models of SodaStream sparkling water markers; Jet, Genesis, Fizzi, Source, Power, Fizzi One Touch and Crystal. ReFlo cylinders are not compatible with CQC SodaStream sparkling water makers. ReFlo cylinders are also compatible with other sparkling water maker brands such as Ninja, Aarke and Drinkmate.

How can I exchange my ReFlo CO2 cylinder?

When your ReFlo cylinder is empty, exchange it for a full one at a participating retail location. The store will return the empty ReFlo cylinder back to us to be cleaned and refilled with CO2 before sending back out to the marketplace.

How should I store my ReFlo cylinder?

For best use, we recommend storing your cylinder at room temperature.

Where can I exchange my ReFlo cylinder?

Why is my drink not carbonating?

Try troubleshooting to find the solution:

  1. Check if your cylinder is empty by trying to carbonate a beverage. If it doesn't become carbonated, try using a new cylinder.
  2. Check that the cylinder has been installed correctly by ensuring it's tightened at the back of the machine.
  3. If you still have questions, please contact our customer support team.

Will my ReFlo cylinder expire?

The gas in the Co2 cylinder does not expire. However, our cylinders frequently are checked for quality assurance by certain dates, which can be found at the bottom of the cylinder.
